This was written completely out of Fear-of-the-Unknown. It doesn't appear that any research went into this article at all.

I suppose the authors teenage daughter came home one day listening to an Atreyu album and it just set them off.

When did Green Day become emo? The lead singer throws a little eye-liner on and now he's emo?
