Women in the Chadian town of Abeche have been protesting about last week's alleged child-kidnapping attempt.

Sixteen Europeans were arrested in the town while trying to fly more than 100 children they believed were orphans from Sudan's Darfur region to France.

So what's the truth? Who's the bad guy? I still don't hear an objective voice. Were the French aid workers really kidnapping kids? Or has the government of Chad used this to victimize themselves?

    Both the French Foreign Ministry and UNICEF France are accusing the aid workers.
    I linked to several articles on this story on this seed.

      Well in the west taking a child without the parent's consent is Kidnapping. Therefore, the aid workers are guilty of Kidnapping.
